Reporting to the Managing Director, key responsibilities include:
- New Business Development – draw on your network & business development skills to foster relationships & increase revenue with new & existing customers
- Attend regular customer meetings & consistent communication, with a focus on strong & sustainable growth
- Manage a small team of Account Managers who are focused purely on relationship & account management (no new BD). You will assess, engage & optimise performance of the team, identifying any areas of development & training requirements
- Develop structured systems & processes to facilitate growth & performance
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure internal capability & service delivery for new customers
- Oversee marketing, liaising with external agencies
- Achieve referral & revenue targets
- 2 regular days/week in the office & 3 days from home, depending on customer commitments
- Salary package of $167,250 + Bonus (150K + Super + Bonus)
- Performance-based bonus scheme - significant earning potential
- Have a positive impact in driving the growth of mid-sized organisation
- Work collaboratively with Managing Director & welcoming multi-disciplinary team
- Mobile phone, laptop & all business expenses
- Flexible work arrangement - full-time or possibility of part-time (4 days/week) plus work from home
- Demonstrated Business Development experience in a Workplace Rehabilitation Provider setting (essential)
- Exceptional relationship management skills & a robust industry network, ideally within NSW
- Leadership experience, adept at training & coaching others to reach their potential
- Proactive, driven & energetic
- Allied Health tertiary qualifications & industry experience valuable
