With upcoming parental leave, the opportunity for a Head of Operations to come on board for a 12-month fixed-term contract is on offer. The company is in an exciting growth phase & if all is progressing well toward the end of the contract, the team is happy to discuss alternative roles for you on an ongoing basis.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will involve:
- People leadership - manage 3 Team Leaders & a team of 30 Consultants
- Foster an engaged & quality-focused culture in a hybrid WFH & office environment
- Training & coaching - work with individuals to facilitate optimum performance
- Recruitment & retention - identify, attract & develop talent
- Develop great relationships with existing customers alongside Account Managers & MD
- Ensure compliance & quality across all services, identifying training requirements & areas for improvement
- Work with team members to ensure outcomes are being consistently achieved. This organisation offers reasonable workloads & targets
- Financial management - budgeting, forecasts, P&L & reporting to optimise performance
- Above market salary package of $139,375-167,250 ($125-150K + Super)
- Have a significant impact in fostering the growth of mid-sized organisation
- Work collaboratively with Managing Director & welcoming multi-disciplinary team
- Smartphone, laptop & all business expenses
- Flexible work arrangement - 2 days in office, 3 days from home
- $2000 Professional Development allowance
- Option of contract extension or permanent role at end of contract term
- 5 years'+ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation
- 2 years' + leadership experience
- Allied health professional & relevant professional membership
- Demonstrated ability building & leading teams
- Thrives on developing others to reach their potential
- Commitment to ongoing service improvement & innovation
- Understanding of quality assurance & compliance
- Personable, organised & flexible
