Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant

Our client is a mid-sized Workplace Health organisation achieving exceptional results. With a focus on quality & great relationships, this team is continuing to grow & opportunity for a Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant to join the team in Townsville is on offer.
 
The Role:

• Proactively manage a reasonable caseload, allowing you to focus on quality 
• Engage with a variety of clients including WorkCover QLD & DVA
• Perform discipline-specific assessments 
• Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to achieve RTW outcomes
• Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
• Provide training & coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills & areas of interest 
• Work from home & visit client visits around Townsville & surrounding areas

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Osteopath or Registered Nurse; ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience 
• Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space
• Organised, proactive & motivated
• Thrives working independently & contributing to multidisciplinary team 
• A reliable vehicle & driver’s licence
