Team Leader – OT, Physio or EP

Our client is a successful national Allied Health services provider with an impeccable reputation. Emerging as a leader in the Workplace Health space in WA, the opportunity for a motivated Team Leader (OT, PT or EP) to join their Subiaco team is now on offer.

The Role:

• Lead a team of up to 7 Rehabilitation Consultants to optimise engagement,  performance & culture
• Develop & maintain outstanding customer relationships
• Quality assurance & file reviews – ensure your team is meeting timeframes, quality & outcome measures
• Assist with recruitment, as the team continues to grow
• Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement & innovation
• A small proportion of billable work – the leadership component will steadily increase as you become established in the role 

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
• 3 years'+ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation, some exposure to leadership valuable
• Relationship management skills - confident in developing great relationships 
• Personable, organised & reliable
• Passionate about having a positive impact in Workplace Health
• Driver's licence & car
