Team Manager – Workplace Health & Rehabilitation

Our client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing – the opportunity for a Team Manager to join the North Strathfield team is on offer.
 
The Role:

• Lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to optimise engagement,  performance & culture
• Quality assurance & file reviews – ensure your team is meeting SLAs, quality & outcome measures
• Develop & maintain robust customer relationships
• Manage a small caseload – initially a hybrid consultant/leadership role, the leadership component will steadily increase as you become established
• Assist with recruitment, as the team continues to grow
• Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement & innovation

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist, ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
• 2 years’+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience, including some exposure to leadership
• Thrives on helping others reach their potential 
• A strong communicator, you excel at developing relationships with all stakeholders
• Energetic, positive & proactive
• Driver's licence & car
