Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker

Opportunity for a Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Registered Nurse to join the Charlestown team is on offer.

The Job:

• Manage a unique & complex caseload, predominantly first responders, chronic pain & education clients
• Engage & assist clients experiencing PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety &/or mood disorders in their RTW
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships to facilitate safe & durable RTW outcomes
• Attend case conferences
• Vocational assessments & counselling
• Interventional counselling & psychosocial rehabilitation activities 
• Labour market research & networking with local employers
• Medico-legal assessments & reporting
• Relatively minimal travel working for a local organisation 
• Contractor roles are also available, including for Psychs & RCs who are solely interested in conducting Vocational Assessments 

The Benefits:

• Attractive salary of $80-110K + Super + Bonus

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (full or provisional), Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse, ASORC-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor or AASW-Accredited Social Worker
• 2 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience, confident in psychosocial case management
• Eager to assist your clients return to work 
• Exceptional communication & time management skills
• Commitment to Professional Development & keen to share your knowledge with others 
• Driver's licence & car
