Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, PT or EP

Opportunity for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join the Sydney CBD team as Rehabilitation Consultant is on offer.
 
The Job

• Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients - moderately sized to allow you to focus on quality 
• Engage with a variety of customers including Workers' Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance & Corporate
• Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments
• Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
• Build great relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Client visits, allocated as close to your local area as possible 
• Work towards reasonable targets
• Provide training & coaching to other team members (for experienced Consultants) – in line with your skills & areas of interest

• Salary of $85-115K + Super + Bonus
• Exceptional bonus scheme - paid monthly in line with your performance - up to 20% of base salary ($17-23K/year), following probation

The Perfect Candidate

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, strong Clinical candidates & graduates warmly welcome to apply!
• Passionate about Workplace Health & assisting clients return to work, health & function
• Exceptional communication, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels 
• Driver's licence
