In the case of an in-demand candidate, we always recommend an informal meet & greet with a senior leader – a 2-up line manager or similar. A quick coffee or 20min Teams meeting is often all it takes.

At this stage, the interviews are done & the team is keen to welcome their new hire. The senior leader’s role? To seal the deal.
