Sally is an energetic recruitment professional with 20 years’ experience in recruitment and internal talent acquisition.

As a specialist in Allied Health, Sally loves connecting like-minded, high-calibre people and organisations. From managing national recruitment for an ASX-listed company to niche recruitment agencies, Sally values the candidate and client experience.

Sally studied Psychology and was eager to start her career in HR and Recruitment. With an in-depth understanding of the industry, she has established exceptional relationships across the board. Many of Big Umbrella’s clients are from referrals and others, who initially were candidates!

Living in Sydney for many years, Sally is now based on the Sunshine Coast and is pleased to work with organisations all over Australia. She loves keeping fit, dinners with friends and beach time with her family and Schnoodle, Pogo.

Kristie is a highly engaged and motivated HR Generalist with 15 years’ experience in recruitment, people management, training and development. Her passion lies in working with people, and she strives to bring out the best in others with her professional and engaging manner.

Kristie has diverse experience including roles in global organisations and small businesses, in Australia and the UK. Outside of her role with Big Umbrella, she is a part-time Pilates instructor, reflecting her overall passion for health and wellbeing.

The recruitment process brings Kristie great satisfaction, as it enables her to meet new people and listen to their unique experiences. Supporting candidates from the initial interaction to their onboarding is a fulfilling experience that she thoroughly enjoys.

During her leisure time, Kristie relishes being in nature, taking long walks on the beach and spending time with her beloved Labrador, Barney. Kristie practises yoga and has a deep interest in the mind-body connection. She also enjoys socialising and spending time with friends and family.

With an extensive background in hospitality and event management, Adam specialises in the candidate recruitment experience.

Taking a professional and upbeat approach, Adam provides a seamless, engaging and well-informed recruitment journey for each candidate he connects with.

From the first point of contact to the first day on the job, Adam provides guidance and support to ensure the entire process is stress-free, whilst achieving the best possible outcome.

Having operated a successful real estate buyer’s agency in Queensland for many years, Cheryl has now taken a new direction in her career. She is delighted to be on board as a Recruitment Consultant with Big Umbrella.

Cheryl has developed a strong knowledge of allied health and skills as a Recruiter. Cheryl loves engaging with candidates and clients and finds there are many similarities with being a buyer’s agent – now matching candidates with the perfect role, instead of property!

She has a warm and personal approach and finds her role very rewarding. Living in the hinterland, Cheryl enjoys a peaceful rural lifestyle, Pilates, yoga and walks along the beach.
