Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, PT or EP

Our client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing - opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, PT or EP) to join the Central Coast team is on offer.

The Role:

• Proactively manage a moderately-sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
• Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
• Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations & Ergonomic Assessments
• Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes 
• Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals 
• Opportunity to provide inhouse RTW services for employer customers
• Assist with training & coaching of other Consultants & progress to a leadership role as the team grows (if of interest)

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist; or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist (& eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA)
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience or strong Clinical candidates with a keen interest in the industry welcome 
• A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders 
• Comfortable working independently & in a growing team
• Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others 
• Driver's licence & car

An equivalent role for a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor is also available.
