The Role
- Provide therapy & interventions for NDIS participants
- Engage & support participants to optimise the achievement of personal goals
- Proactively manage your caseload – many referrals are psychosocial disabilities & some physical
- Perform Home, ADL & Functional Capacity Assessments
- Complete detailed notes & reports
- Assistive technology & home modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team. Work in conjunction with Allied Health Assistants to optimise outcomes for participants
- Travel to visit clients around Melbourne & work from the St Kilda office or your home. Referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible
- Provide training & coaching to other team members (for Senior OTs)
- Generous salary: $85-115K + Super, in line with your experience
- Supervision: OT supervision to help you progress to General AHPRA registration

- Travel: $8000/year allowance - additional payments for increased travel

- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist - General or Limited
- 1-2 years’+ Clinical experience (NDIS experience valuable)
- Focus on providing quality service & helping participants achieve outcomes
- Proactive & flexible, you thrive working independently & as part of a team
- Exceptional communication skills - both verbal & written
- Strong attention to detail
