Our client is a highly regarded provider of services in Workplace & Allied Health with a branch network, Australia-wide. This organisation is committed to quality care, innovation & its people. A rare opportunity for an Account Manager to join the North Sydney, Newcastle or Central Coast team is on offer.
 
 
The Role
  • Strategic & proactive management of key customers in the icare portfolio
  • Develop robust relationships with a focus on exceptional service, quality & outcomes
  • Provide training & coaching to Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure SLAs & customer needs are being met
  • Regularly engage with customers & other relevant stakeholders, promoting growth of the accounts
  • Identify & address training needs
  • Actively contribute to tenders & proposals
  • Work closely with supportive & engaged business leaders

 The Ideal Candidate
  • Allied health professional with relevant professional membership (OT, PT, EP, Psych or RC)
  • 3 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience
  • A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with stakeholders 
  • Strong technical knowledge of NSW Workers’ Compensation legislation
  • Able to engage internal team members, providing coaching & training
  • Account management experience valuable, though this organisation is happy to provide training for a Senior Consultant eager to apply their skills in a new role
