This is a newly created role due to ongoing growth. We are searching for a passionate & driven manager to become their new National Physiotherapy Lead!
 
Reporting to the CEO, the responsibilities include:
  • Lead & mentor a team of mobile Physiotherapists across multiple states. With a small team of direct reports, you'll be supported by a team of capable Clinical Leads
  • Provide training & coaching to optimise performance, quality & engagement
  • Ensure the team is achieving KPIs, identifying any areas of improvement 
  • Attract, retain & develop team members to reach their potential 
  • Strategic initiatives like reviewing utilisation of satellite consulting rooms, charge rates, services & business growth
  • Foster robust stakeholder relationships to increase repeat referrals & generate new business - growth is a key focus of this role
  • Business Development & promotion of the company brand within the community
  • Present at industry conferences and events to promote the organisation
  • Financial management - full P&L responsibility
  • Oversee project work, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Some interstate travel, in line with business needs & your availability   
The Benefits:
  • Salary package of $171,800-183,000 (including $140-150,000 Base + Super + Car)

The Ideal Candidate
  • AHPRA-Registered Physiotherapist with advanced clinical skills
  • 5 years'+ leadership experience, ideally in a similar setting
  • Strategic approach & ability to balance higher level & operational responsibilities
  • Customer relationship focus - demonstrated success in fostering robust relationships with new & existing customers
  • Experience in the Personal Injury space, including Workers' Compensation & MVA, working in large or multi-site organisations
  • Commercial acumen & financial management expertise, competent managing performance & P&L
  • Personable, driven & with impeccable communication skills
  • Full eligibility to work in Australia 
  • Driver's licence & availability for some travel
