NSW Area Manager (Exercise Physiologist)

The current incumbent has accepted an internal promotion. We are searching for a passionate & driven Area Manager to continue to lead & inspire the NSW team!
 
The Role:

• Lead & mentor the NSW team of Exercise Physiologists
• With a small team of direct reports, you'll be supported by a team of highly capable and experienced Clinical Leads
• Provide training & coaching to optimise performance, quality & engagement
• Ensure the team is achieving KPIs, identifying any areas of improvement 
• Attract, retain & develop team members to reach their potential 
• Foster robust stakeholder relationships to increase repeat referrals & generate new business - growth of the region is a key focus of this role
• Business Development & promotion of the company brand within the community
• Present at industry conferences and events to promote the organisation
• Create a positive organisational culture where innovation is valued
• Financial management - full P&L responsibility
• Oversee project work, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Office is in the Inner West and you will manage team members across Sydney, Illawarra & Newcastle
• Travel within NSW & occasional trips interstate for conferences, leadership events & other key industry engagements

• Salary package of $149,400-171,800 (including $120-140,000 Base + Super + Car)

The Ideal Candidate

• ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a solid working knowledge of SIRA
• 2-5 years'+ leadership experience, you thrive on developing individuals & teams to reach their potential.
• Strong customer relationship focus - demonstrated success in fostering robust relationships with new & existing customers
• Strong clinical skillset & understanding of the Personal Injury space, you may have worked in Clinical, Workplace Rehabilitation &/or Insurer settings
• Commercial acumen & financial management expertise, comfortable in managing team performance & P&Ls
• Personable, driven & with impeccable communication skills
• Driver's licence
• Availability for some travel, in line with requirements of the role
