Physiotherapist

Our client is a well-established physiotherapy clinic in Cobden (South-West VIC) with a strong local reputation and consistent demand for services. Founder-led and hands-on, the practice is known for quality care, community connection & creating a warm, supportive environment.
 
Due to continued demand & upcoming parental leave, they are seeking a Physiotherapist to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting lifestyle balance, autonomy & the chance to make a meaningful difference in a welcoming regional community.
 
Reporting to the Founder & Principal Physiotherapist, responsibilities include:

• Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, NDIS, TAC, supported home aged care & private patients
• Complete thorough assessments, treatment planning & timely clinical notes
• Deliver evidence-based treatment with strong patient education & functional outcomes focus
• Opportunity to run small exercise / rehab classes if of interest
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
• Receive mentoring & supervision to facilitate your ongoing development
• Contribute ideas for service improvement, growth initiatives & positive culture
• Occasional local home visits, not essential & generally performed by Principal 

The Benefits:

• Initial 6-8 month contract with potential for a permanent role, all going well
• Tuesday to Friday roster - 4 slightly longer days (paid at full-time rate)
• Standard hours 8.30am-5.30pm with administrative time built into your day
• Open to part-time - school hours or other
• Salary guide $80-90K + Super, in line with experience
• 3-month probation with potential transition to percentage model thereafter
• Relocation assistance up to $3,000
• Local support finding accommodation & helping your transition to the area, including assistance towards your first month
• On-site gym & administrative support in place

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Physiotherapist
• Ideally some post-grad experience, though strong graduates considered
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload or keen to broaden skills
• Warm, adaptable & happy working in a smaller team setting
• Strong communication skills & patient-centred approach
• Driver's licence & full working rights
