Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor

Our client is a mid-sized Workplace Health organisation achieving exceptional results. With a focus on quality & great relationships, this team is continuing to grow. Opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant (Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor) to join the team in Warners Bay is on offer.  
 
The Role:

• Proactively manage a reasonable caseload, allowing you to focus on quality 
• Engage with a variety of clients including WorkCover NSW & DVA
• Vocational Assessments & Counselling
• Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to achieve RTW outcomes
• Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
• Provide training & coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills & areas of interest 
• Work from the Newcastle office, visit clients in surrounding areas
• Flexibility to work from home

 The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Psychologist or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience - candidates with Clinical or other relevant experience warmly welcome to apply!
• Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space
• Organised, proactive & motivated
• Thrives working independently & contributing to multidisciplinary team 
• A reliable vehicle & driver’s licence
