Rehabilitation Consultant – Occupational Therapist

Opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join the Sydney CBD team as Rehabilitation Consultant is on offer.
 
The Job

• Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients - moderately sized to allow you to focus on quality 
• Engage with a variety of customers including Workers' Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance & Corporate
• Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments
• Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
• Build great relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Client visits, allocated as close to your local area as possible. Plenty of referrals in the West for team members keen to work locally 
• Work towards reasonable targets
• Provide training & coaching to other team members (for experienced Consultants) - in line with your skills & areas of interest

• Salary of $85-115K + Super + Bonus

The Perfect Candidate

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist 
• 1 year'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, strong Clinical candidates & graduates warmly welcome
• Passionate about Workplace Health & assisting clients return to work, health & function
• A bright & enthusiastic approach 
• Driver's licence
