Our client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing - opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, PT, EP, Psych or RC) to come on board in Orange, Bathurst or surrounding areas is on offer.

The Benefits:

• Above market salary package of $85-110K + Super

The Role:

• Work from home & visit clients in the region
• Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
• Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
• Perform discipline-specific assessments
• Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes 
• Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals 
• Opportunity to provide inhouse RTW services for employer customers
• Assist with training & coaching of other Consultants & progress to a leadership role as the team grows (if of interest)

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist; ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist (& eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA); or ASORC-RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor 
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, strong Clinical candidates eager to transition into the industry welcome to apply
• A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders 
• Comfortable working independently & as part of a growing team
• Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others 
• Driver's licence & car
