- Work from home & visit clients in the region
- Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
- Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
- Perform discipline-specific assessments
- Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
- Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Opportunity to provide inhouse RTW services for employer customers
- Hybrid clinical role performing counselling (Psychologists & Rehab Counsellors)
- Assist with training & coaching of other Consultants & progress to a leadership role as the team grows (if of interest)
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist; ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist (& eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA); or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, strong Clinical candidates eager to transition into the industry welcome to apply!
