ur client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health & Rehabilitation space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing – the opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, PT or EP) to join the North Strathfield team is on offer.

The Role:
  • Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
  • Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
  • Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations & Ergonomic Assessments
  • Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes 
  • Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals 
  • Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Potential for some inhouse RTW coordination
  • Training & coaching of other team members
The Ideal Candidate:
  • AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • 1 year + of Workplace Rehabilitation experience 
  • For EPs, SIRA eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services in NSW
  • A confident communicator, you excel in developing stakeholder relationships
  • Comfortable working independently & in a team
  • Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others
  • Driver's licence & car
