- Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients. A focus on quality & achieving outcomes
- Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations & Ergonomic Assessments
- Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
- Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Travel to visit clients - referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible
- Potential for some inhouse RTW coordination
- Training & coaching of other team members, for experienced Consultants
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with SIRA eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services in NSW
- 1 year + of Workplace Rehabilitation experience
- A confident communicator, you excel in developing stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable working independently & in a team
- Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others
- Driver's licence & car
