Our client is a well-established & progressive Workplace Rehabilitation Provider in Sydney. This organisation provides a comprehensive & innovative suite of Workplace Health services. Opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist or Social Worker to join the Sydney CBD team is on offer.
The Job
- Deliver a Wellbeing Program for Police - a holistic program providing support to Police after medically retiring. Assist with general psychosocial functioning, ADLs, exercise & other areas with the goal of returning to other employment
- Proactively manage a caseload of people who have sustained a workplace injury - moderately-sized to allow you to focus on quality & optimise work-life balance
- Focus on engaging your clients & working with all stakeholders to achieve safe, timely & durable RTW
- Attend Case Conferences, liaise with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Relationship management – develop robust internal & external relationships
- Provide training & coaching to other team members (for Senior Consultants), if of interest
- Working with a supportive & experienced Team Leader (RC) who works closely with an energetic & highly-regarded Managing Director

- Salary of $85-115K + Super, in line with experience
- Exceptional bonus scheme - paid quarterly in line with your performance - up to 20% of base salary ($17-23K/year)

- Reasonable target of up to 6hrs/day with a focus on other performance metrics like quality & team contribution

- Once you're up & running, option to perform some work from home - very flexible work arrangement
- ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor, AASW-Accredited Social Worker or AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Provisional or Full)
