Our client is an innovative provider of allied health services with an impressive network across multiple states of Australia. With an unwavering commitment to quality healthcare, the opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the growing Adelaide team is on offer.  
 
The Role
  • Provide therapy & interventions for NDIS participants
  • Engage & support participants to optimise the achievement of personal goals
  • Proactively manage your caseload – many referrals are psychosocial disabilities & some physical
  • Perform Home, ADL & Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Complete detailed notes & reports
  • Assistive technology & home modifications
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team. Work in conjunction with Allied Health Assistants to optimise outcomes for participants
  • Travel to visit clients around Adelaide & work from the Norwood office or your home. Referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible
  • Provide training & coaching to other team members (as the team grows)

The Ideal Candidate
  • AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist
  • 2-3 years’+ Clinical experience, including in NDIS
  • Focus on providing quality service & helping participants achieve outcomes
  • Proactive & flexible, you thrive working independently & as part of a team
  • For experienced OTs at higher salary levels, an interest in progressing to a Team Leader role & assisting with growth & development of the team
  • Exceptional communication skills & attention to detail
