The Job
- Manage a caseload across Workers' Compensation & WA Police portfolios
- Deliver rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services
- Build stakeholder relationships and manage key accounts
- Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
- Achieve billable targets & generate repeat referrals
- Contribute to team growth, mentoring (Lead level) and service development - Metro-based with optional regional travel
- Competitive salary aligned to experience - 90-$115K + Super + Benefits
- Quarterly bonus linked to performance & revenue
- Hybrid work (typically 1-2 days in office once established) with flexibility over hours (7.5-hour days)
- Full-time or part-time role - 4 days/week

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist; ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 2+ years' Workplace Rehabilitation or Injury Management experience
- Suit an established Consultant ready for the next step
- Strong organisation, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Team-oriented and able to work independently
