Our client is an established Workplace Health organisation with an impeccable reputation. This organisation is achieving considerable growth on a national basis & recruiting experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors for Contractor (or permanent) Senior Rehabilitation Consultant roles in Melbourne.
 
The Job:
  • Engage & assist your clients in their return to work following an injury
  • Work with a range of clients including predominantly Life Insurance & DVA, some Workers' Compensation & ORAMS
  • Perform vocational assessments & counselling 
  • Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
  • Proactive case management
  • Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals 
  • Work from your home office, visit clients around Melbourne & perform services via Telehealth

The Ideal Candidate:
  • ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor 
  • 5 years’+ experience, including minimum 3 years as a Rehabilitation Consultant
  • Experience in DVA, Life Insurance & Comcare valuable
  • Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space
  • Energetic, enthusiastic & proactive
  • Driver's licence & car
