This is a newly created role aligned to planned expansion and team restructure. You'll lead a senior team working across complex mental health and psychological injury cases, with strong demand in place across government, insurer and employer clients.
You will work from great offices in Milton, with flexibility for some work from home.
The Role
- Lead a team of 4-6 clinicians (OT, Psych & RC), supporting development, performance & team culture
- Manage a reduced caseload of mental health clients (billables adjusted based on team size)
- Provide coaching, mentoring & support to consultants
- Contribute to client relationship management across key government, insurer & employer portfolios
- Opportunity to be involved in service development, pilot programs & strategic initiatives
- Work across a diverse portfolio including DVA, WorkCover, QLD Government & employer clients
- Above market salary in line with experience - please get in touch & we'll be happy to discuss the salary range

- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist or Psychologist; ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation, with exposure to complex psychological cases
- Leadership experience or a strong Senior Consultant ready to step up
- Strong communication, empathy & ability to lead experienced clinicians
- Values-driven, down-to-earth & team-oriented
- Driver's licence
