Our client is an innovative provider of allied health services with an impressive network around Australia. With an unwavering commitment to quality care, the opportunity for a State Manager to lead the growing Western Australian team in Subiaco is on offer.  
 
Reporting to the CEO, the responsibilities include:
  • Engage & lead a multidisciplinary team of 30 Allied Health professionals
  • Provide training & coaching to optimise performance, quality & engagement
  • Attract, retain & develop team members to reach their potential 
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to increase repeat referrals 
  • Ensure the team is achieving KPIs, identifying any areas of improvement 
  • Create a positive organisational culture where innovation is valued
  • Financial management 
The Benefits
  • Generous salary: $125,000-135,000 + Super, in line with your experience
  • Bonus: Achievable bonus, paid monthly. Based on team & individual performance
  • Flexibility:  ideally full-time role, open to part-time role (4 days), flexible hours & option to perform some work from home
  • Reasonable targets: the team works to a target of 6 hours/day, with administrative support & leave taken into consideration

The Ideal Candidate
  • AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist; Speech Pathology Australia-Registered Speech Pathologist or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist 
  • 5 years’+ experience, including in NDIS 
  • An established leader, you have demonstrated success in developing individuals & teams to reach their potential
  • Outstanding relationship management skills 
  • Strong commercial acumen & financial management, confident managing budgets & P&L
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Personable, engaging & committed to providing high-quality care
