Small acts, big impact

“Sally, I couldn’t believe it – the Director drove 2 hours each way to meet me in person. She spent half a day with me & really took an interest in me personally & making sure I am set up & have everything I need. I know how busy her schedule is, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it.”

I recently called a Rehab Counsellor to see how she’s settling into a remote role. Induction is going well & although she’s based 2hrs from Sydney, she is feeling connected & supported by the team.

Most notably, was how grateful she was for the Director taking the time to visit her local area. In her many years in Rehab, she said this kind gesture really stood out as making her feel welcomed & part of the team.
