What great leaders do when they hear good news

I recently met with a National Leader in Workplace Health & she was emphatic about this. Any time a Rehab Consultant receives positive feedback from a customer or a stakeholder (no matter how big or small), they receive a personal phone call from a leader to celebrate them.
 
I love this. A small gesture & recognition can go a long way. And remind people why they became Allied Health professionals in the first place.
